Welcome to Part 3 of my 2026 REVELRY series!  Part 1 was all about The Feast—the glam outdoor grand tasting experience going down on Saturday night—while Part 2 covered the three events orbiting it: The Icons Buffet, Club Gourmet, and the Grand Revelry Brunch.  This installment is about the part of the weekend most people won't hear about until it's already happened.

REVELRY Revealed: Chef's Table Experiences is a series of nine daytime sessions on Friday, September 18, and Saturday, September 19, staged at some of Wynn Las Vegas' coolest venues (think: Delilah, Casa Playa, and Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse, as well as Wynn Golf Club, Aft Cocktail Deck, and the Encore Pool) featuring master classes, live demonstrations, and guided tastings that put on display the techniques, creativity, and inspiration behind some of the world's most influential restaurants.

Which means that in this series, chefs who've journeyed from as far away as Chile, Ecuador, Jordan, and Qatar will be cooking right in front of you, and (more impressively) taking the time to explain what they are doing and why.

The very essence of IYKYK: these experiences are gonna be small, lively, and the very first to fill up.  To wit, as of this writing, three of the nine have already sold out; so, I highly advise that you sign up for whatever piques your interest while it's still possible to do so!

TROMPE L'ŒIL PASTRY
Wynn Pastry Showpiece Studio
Friday, September 18 | 10 AM

An architect by training, Ukrainian artist and pâtissière Dinara Kasko builds her desserts using 3D-printed silicone molds, and the results look less like pastry than like something you'd find on display (as in her café/gallery in Doha); and pairing Kasko with Wynn's iconic cake decorating maestra, Flora Aghababyan, makes this a match made in pastry rendering and decorating heaven!

Here's Who'll Be Cooking for You:

  • Dinara KaskoDinara Kasko Pastry Art (Doha, Qatar); the Ukrainian architect-turned-pastry-chef whose geometric desserts are designed using 3D modeling and printing
  • Flora AghababyanWynn Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV); Master Cake Artist

SECRETS OF SENEGAL'S ATAYA TEA CEREMONY
Aft Cocktail Deck
Friday, September 18 | 10 AM

The Ataya tea ceremony—traditionally served in three successive rounds, symbolizing the passage of life, the stages of friendship, or changing flavor—is one of West Africa's most distinctive social rituals, the whole point being that the deliberate leisurely pace is what allows room for conversation; and that's what makes it so cool. And for anyone who thinks that hosting such an affair at an outdoor cocktail lounge at ten in the morning is among the most incongruous decisions by REVELRY's powers that be, I'd argue that its position on the beautiful and serene Lake of Dreams makes it an especially inspired choice.

CALIFORNIA SOUL: A COOKING DEMONSTRATION AND TASTING
Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas
Friday, September 18 | 1 PM

Acclaimed two-time James Beard Award-nominated chef, Keith Corbin—whose gripping memoir California Soul: An American Epic of Cooking and Survival describes his harrowing journey from serving time for cooking crack in Watts to being MICHELIN Recommended for cooking soul food at Alta Adams—brings his story and techniques to the coveted chef's table at Delilah which (thanks to its burled wood, cut crystal, and Todd-Avery Lenahan-designed flair harkens back to the Gilded Age of Steamships and vintage Las Vegas) is likely the most glamorous private dining room on the Las Vegas Strip.  Corbin's story is as much of a draw as the food he'll be presenting alongside Delilah's Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman, and there's no setting in town more suited for it!

TIMELESS LEVANTINE COOKING
PISCES Bar & Seafare
Friday, September 18 | 1 PM

If, like me, you're of the opinion that cuisine preserves memories, then this experience is one you shouldn't miss.  PISCES Bar & Seafare (one of the most visually stunning restaurants at Wynn Las Vegas), welcomes Sara Aqel—whose savoir-faire in the kitchen at Dara Dining by Sara Aqel in Amman, Jordan recently earned her the accolade of '2026 Middle East and North Africa's Best Female Chef' by The World's 50 Best—and together they will be presenting the traditional dishes of the Levant (that historic region along the eastern Mediterranean coast that encompasses Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, and Israel).  Equal parts demonstration and tasting, expect fresh herbs, aromatic spices, vegetable-forward dishes, and mezze that will delight the palate and the soul.

BUCKET LIST PIZZAS
Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse
Friday, September 18 | 2 PM

When the lauded Eleven Madison Park went dark during the global pandemic, line chefs Jacob "Jake" Serebnick and Julian Geldmacher partnered to build a "shutdown-proof" business focused on high-quality, everyday comfort food.  Fast-forward four years—which the duo spent obsessively sourcing high-end ingredients (small-batch $50/liter olive oils, aged scamorza cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh chives, etc.) and developing their baguette-inspired sourdough crust—and they opened Ceres in 2025 on the border of Chinatown and Little Italy, where their focus on artisanal, organic New York-style pies made with ultra-high-end ingredients quickly made it one of the City's most buzzed-about modern pizzerias.  This experience at Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse will feature Serebnick hosting a cooking demonstration and tasting; not of his greatest hits, mind you, but rather the pizzas he's always wanted to make but never got around to making.  SOLD OUT

Here's Who'll Be Cooking for You:

  • Jacob SerebnickCeres (New York, NY); co-founder and pizzaiolo; former Chef de Partie at Eleven Madison Park, which held three MICHELIN stars during his years in its kitchen

CONFECTIONERY MAGIC
Wynn Pastry Kitchen
Saturday, September 19 | 10 AM

At Dulcería Fiol, acclaimed pâtissière Camila Fiol turns native Chilean ingredients into artisanal confections drawn straight from her country's own flavors and traditions.  Co-hosted by Wynn's Executive Pastry Chef, Jen Yee—whose mastery of harmoniously balancing sweet and savory elevates her desserts, utterly enchanting those who consume them—this experience will be interactive, and as a result, you're gonna come away with actual foundational candy and confection techniques, making this a great pick if you're more interested in being an active participant than a culinary voyeur.  SOLD OUT

THE STREET FOODS OF QUITO
Encore Pool
Saturday, September 19 | 1 PM

Set at the Encore Pool, the experience invites you to join Chef Alejandro Chamorro—whose Nuema in Quito, Ecuador, was ranked tenth on The World's 50 Best's 2025 list, Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants—presenting what might be the polar opposite of tasting-menu formality: Ecuadorian street food, served poolside, in the afternoon.  Rest assured, this one is gonna be un evento delicioso y divertido!

SEA, SOIL & FIRE: A CULINARY COLLABORATION
Casa Playa
Saturday, September 19 | 1 PM

Widely acknowledged as the chef who's redefined Chilean cuisine—his Boragó in Santiago, Chile was ranked 23rd on The World's 50 Best's The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025, while its Latin America list handed him its 2025 'Icon Award'—Rodolfo Guzmán will be joining the incredibly talented Sarah Thompson (Executive Chef, Casa Playa at Wynn Las Vegas) who recently brought home the James Beard Award for '2026 Best Chef: Southwest' for a live demonstration followed by a casual tasting at Casa Playa.  This is where I plan to be on Saturday afternoon.  SOLD OUT

THE ART OF THE PERFECT STEAK
Wynn Golf Club
Saturday, September 19 | 1 PM

Inspired by the grill houses of San Sebastián, Doug Psaltis' Asador Bastian is Chicago's go-to for Basque-style steaks cooked over live fire, causing Esquire to name it one of the "Best New Restaurants in America" in 2023 and for The New York Times to include it on their "50 Best Restaurants in America" list in 2024.  For this experience, Psaltis will be breaking down the art of the perfect steak at the picturesque Wynn Golf Club. And while watching a guy cook a steak might not seem like the best use of your Saturday afternoon, with Chef Psaltis grilling that steak for you over an open flame, complete with his insights, some teaching moments, and a few tales from his time in the kitchen, this might well be the most wonderful, juicy, and flavorful part of your weekend!

Alright, let's talk about the part nobody puts in the press release.  The REVELRY Revealed: Chef's Table Experiences aren't sold à la carte.  Rather, one gains entry by purchasing either the Legends Package at $2,150 or the Ultimate Off-Menu Package at $3,500 (and as you know from Part 2, the Ultimate ship has sailed).  So, realistically, it's all about the Legends Package moving forward.

The Chef's Table Package is $1,500 and gets you the Icons Buffet, VIP entry to The Feast, and the Chef + Celebrity Cook-OffLegends is $2,150 and gets you all of that, plus the Grand Revelry Brunch and one of the REVELRY Revealed: Chef's Table Experiences.

But here's what makes the math work for me… Every other REVELRY event, as incredible and delectable as they all will be, puts you in the audience.  These nine REVELRY Revealed: Chef's Table Experiences put you at the front of the room.  You cannot buy an afternoon making cakes with Chef Kasko in Las Vegas any other week of the year, because she's based in Qatar.  Ditto for chefs Aqel (Jordan), Fiol and Guzmán (Chile), or Chamorro (Ecuador).  What's more, three of the nine were gone before most people knew the schedule existed!

That said, the Legends Package entitles you to one of the nine REVELRY Revealed: Chef's Table Experiences.  As such, the name of the game becomes choosing the experience that appeals most to you from the remaining six.

So, if you're seeking once-in-a-lifetime epicurean experiences, want bragging rights with your foodie friends, or simply want the chance to do things most will never get to do, this $650 will prove to be money very well spent, indeed.

Now, here's a quick refresher on those packages:

Chef's Table Package: Pairs The ICONS Buffet with VIP entry to The Feast and the Chef + Celebrity Cook-Off.  $1,500 per person plus fees.

Legends Package: Starts with the Chef's Table Package and adds the Grand Revelry Brunch, plus one of the REVELRY Revealed Chef's Table Experiences, making it the fullest weekend package still available.  $2,150 per person plus fees.

Ultimate Off-Menu Package: The all-access tier that includes Club Gourmet.  $3,500 per person plus fees.  SOLD OUT

And that's the weekend.  Three days, thirty-five chefs, one resort, and one very stretchy pair of elastic-waist pants for Sunday afternoon.  [Apropos of which, I wonder whether they make a version of maternity pants for people who simply enjoy eating.  Hello, Shark Tank?]
