Wynn's REVELRY Returns: Pt. 1 — The Feast 08/15/2026

Every so often, an epicurean event comes to Las Vegas that's genuinely worth planning your weekend around.  Wynn REVELRY by Chef's Table has become the foremost of these, and its centerpiece tasting experience, The Feast, is the headline.  Held at the Wynn Event Pavilion and Lawn on Saturday, September 19, it brings together James Beard Award-winning chefs and internationally recognized culinary talent for an evening of chef-driven stations, live-fire cooking, and interactive tastings. The lineup alone has some serious frequent-flyer miles behind it—Modena!  Bogotá!  Amman!  Tasmania!—and the experience is organized around Water, Air, Earth, and Fire (the four elements believed by ancient Greek philosophers to make up all physical matter in the universe), each highlighting a different technique or facet of global cuisine.

To VIP or Not to VIP…

If you can swing VIP, do it.  VIP gets you in early and includes access to the Chef + Celebrity Cook-Off, one of the weekend's more entertaining experiences, in which chefs are paired with celebrities and influencers who attempt to recreate the chef's signature dish under their guidance.  Think of it as part cooking demo, part high-wire act (and depending on the dish, with actual fire!).  VIP access lets you imbibe specialty cocktails and experience exclusive tastings, as well as the opportunity to schmooze with the featured chefs before the event opens to everyone else.  That said, there's certainly no shame in the GA game, and you'll leave utterly sated.

Here’s Who’ll Be Cooking for You at The Feast…

WATER: Inspired by oceans, rivers, and coastlines around the world, these chefs explore the flavors, ingredients, and traditions shaped by water.

AIR: Masters of fermentation, dough, and delicate pastry, these chefs bring lightness and precision to the plate.

EARTH:  Rooted in place, seasonality, and cultural tradition, these chefs celebrate ingredients grown from the land.

      FIRE:  From live-fire cooking to open-flame technique, these chefs use smoke, char, and heat to create bold, memorable flavors—and it's so good.

      So, there it is.  The Feast.  And I’ll most definitely be there; so, if you see me, come say “Hi!”  But please don’t expect more than a head-nod or an air-kiss, as both of my hands will likely be full.  And for Pete's sake, please tell me if I have food on my face!
