This Saturday, following his eponymous residency show at Dolby Live at Park MGM, Bruno Mars will be heading down the Strip to Bellagio, where he will be ringing in the New Year at the Mayfair Supper Club, as the host of one of the city’s most coveted fêtes.

Being dubbed the SelvaRey Rum Presents New Year’s Rum Fiesta, the evening will begin with a special four-course dinner by the Bellagio’s culinary team, featuring an Alaskan King Crab & Hearts of Palm Salad; Ricotta Gnudi Dumplings; choice of A5 Wagyu Ribeye & Poached Main Lobster Tail or Muscovy Duck & Viking Village Sea Scallops; and a “24 Karat” Chocolate Disco Ball.

Following dinner, guests will groove to live salsa music by La Verdad.  The premier West Coast Latin music ensemble, embodying the truth of the Los Angeles Latin experience, and boasting a repertoire of traditional and original music that includes Salsa, Cha-Cha, Boogaloo, Latin Soul, and more, La Verdad is collectively led by Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Gabriel Gonzalez; keyboardists Matt Amper and Joe Rotundi; percussionists Joey De Leon, Alfred Ortiz, Jose “Papo” Rodriguez, and Giancarlo Anderson; bassists Rigoberto Lopez and Ross Shodek; and trombónist Humberto Ruiz.

What’s more, as the lead-in prior to Bruno’s arrival, DJ Pee .Wee (the nom de disc of Anderson .Paak) will be laying down an all-vinyl set that will have guests on their feet, raising the proverbial roof!  And while they are dancing the night away, guests can quench their thirst with an array of specialty rum cocktails by SelvaRey, not to mention a Champagne Toast with Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé at the crack of midnight!
