Since last week, Station Casinos has donated over 120 pallets of food from ten of their casino properties across the Las Vegas Valley to Three Square Food Bank, continuing their efforts to aid the Las Vegas community during this difficult time.  The donation—containing a variety of nutritious foods including over 36,000 eggs (that’s 3,000 dozens), 2,800 pounds of watermelon, 2,800 gallons of orange juice, 1,000 cases of fresh vegetables, 249 cases of fresh fruit, 150 cases of potatoes, and much more—will be further distributed to individuals and families in need.

In addition, Station Casinos has donated over 200 gallons of milk and an assortment of bakery items including brownies, cakes, pies and more to various local charities including The Salvation Army of Southern Nevada and SHARE VILLAGE Las Vegas (formerly Veterans Village).

In addition to its direct food donations, Station Casinos has also partnered with Three Square to distribute food to those in need, in the parking lots of its Sunset Station, Boulder Station and Palace Station properties. (More details are available, HERE.)

Regarding its service to the Las Vegas community, Station Casinos remains staunch in its commitment to a Doors Closed, Hearts Open philosophy; and has recently announced that, despite the statewide mandated closure of its properties, Station Casinos will continue to offer regular pay and health benefits to all of its hourly and salaried full-time team members through the end of April.
