This spring, when it comes to stand-up comedy, the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas—in partnership with AEG Presents Las Vegas—has a roster guaranteed to keep you laughing ‘til it hurts.  Whether it’s exclusive residency performances by beloved Wynn headliners Nate Bargatze, Sebastian Maniscalco, Chris Tucker, or in-demand touring artists Demetri Martin and Matteo Lane, the Encore Theater’s got you covered.

Below are the details for each comedian performing in the Encore Theater this spring.

NATE BARGATZE: Big Dumb Eyes World Tour
April 8 – 11 | 8 PM

If the films of Jimmy Stewart taught us one thing, it’s that portraying a somewhat bewildered and loveably confused everyman is a great way to get to the top.  What’s more, it takes a pretty smart guy to recognize that.  But Nate Bargatze—the GRAMMY-winning and Emmy-nominated Encore Theater-resident, who recently set a world record for the highest single-year gross of any comedy performer in history—makes it all look so easy.

The Greatest Average American, the new comedy game show he co-created, executive-produced, and hosts, premiered in February on ABC and Hulu; his first film, The Breadwinner (which he co-wrote and executive-produced), in which he stars alongside Mandy Moore, Colin Jost, Will Forte, and Kumail Nanjiani, will be released in late May.  Is it any wonder that Bargatze (who’s hosted SNL twice, as well as the recent highly rated 77th Primetime Emmy Awards) has been dubbed “the nicest man in stand-up” by The Atlantic?

Returning to the Encore Theater for a four-night run from Wednesday, April 08 through Saturday, April 11, whether it’s your first time or your tenth, time spent with Nate Bargatze is always well spent.

DEMETRI MARTIN: The Quick Draw Tour
April 24 | 8 PM

Once described as the perfect stand-up for “intellectuals happy to let someone else do the talking,” Emmy-nominated Demetri Martin has been a unique comedy force since first appearing on the Late Show with David Letterman in 2002, establishing himself as favorite of those who enjoy their standup driven by clever wordplay, a love for the double entendres, sharp one-liners delivered with a calm deadpan, short musical interludes on the guitar, and hilarious, Pictionary-esqe drawings and diagrams that along have become his calling card.

In the nearly 25-years since, you may have caught him in in one of his numerous late-night appearances; a plethora of Comedy Central series and specials; such television series as Flight of the Conchords, New Girl, and Crank Yankers; and in major motion pictures including Taking Woodstock (2009), Contagion (2011), and Weird: The Al Yankovic Story (2022).

Demetri Martin will bring his minimalist, innovative, and laugh-inducing multi-media comedy to the Encore Theater on Friday, April 24

MATTEO LANE: We Gotta Catch Up!
April 25 | 8 PM

If you’re like me, Instagram’s algorithm has no doubt filled your feed with countless clips from Matteo Lane’s popular stand-up specials, The Advice Special (2022), Hair Plugs and Heartache (2023), The Advice Special, Part 2 and Part 3 (2023 and 2024), and The Al Dente Special (2025), each of which elicits multiple LOLs per clip.

It certainly seems that the friendly folks at Wynn and AEG decided to answer the prayers of the sea of fans who, while filing out of the Encore Theater following Lane’s debut last spring, were unanimously voicing how much they hoped he’d be booked again; because Lane is returning to the Encore Theater with his latest presentation of rapid-fire, playfully irreverent, rapid-fire, and at times unapologetically raunchy insights, witticisms, impressions, and observations

Matteo Lane’s return to the Encore Theater with We Gotta Catch Up—a one-night-only performance of his latest material—is not to be missed on Saturday, April 25!

SEBASTIAN MANISCALCO: Live in Vegas
May 23, 24 | 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM

When it comes to Encore Theater-resident Sebastian Maniscalco’s humor—unlike that of most observational comedians who might talk about situations in which they have found themselves—the humor lies in Maniscalco’s reaction to a situation as opposed to the situation itself; and the way in which he invariably starts with disbelief and crescendos in a meltdown is pure comedy gold!

Thanks to his expressive and highly physical comedy, Sebastian Maniscalco has made him one of the world’s most recognizable and commercially successful touring comedians, carrying the mantle of such comedy greats as Jerry Lewis and Jim Carey.  That he’s become the subject of a recurring sketch on Saturday Night Live (in which he is portrayed hilariously by Marcello Hernandez) simply proves that Maniscalco is at the white-hot center of the pop-culture conversation.

Returning to the dramatic facial expressions, the performative full-body acting, the exaggerated gesticulating, and the brilliant non-verbal reactions that are the pillars of Sebastian Maniscalco’s comedy will be on full display in the Encore Theater this Memorial Day weekend with four shows (Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, at both 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM).  Come watch one of the world’s most sought-after tonics for whatever ails you.

CHRIS TUCKER: Live

June 12, 13 | 8:00 PM

Whether evidenced by his breakout appearances on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, or his big-screen roles as ‘Smokey’ in Friday (1995), ‘Ruby Rhod’ in The Fifth Element (1997), or ‘Det. James Carter’ in the massively successful Rush Hour films (1998, 2001, and 2007); actor and comedian Chris Tucker sure knows how to make people laugh.

Now, following his Netflix original, Chris Tucker – Live, and back by popular demand, Chris Tucker returns to Wynn Las Vegas for another one-night-only affair, with a pair of back-to-back performances, on Saturday, April 06.  Come watch this very funny man, whose singular use of inflection and timbre has led to his films collectively grossing more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office.
