When it comes to stand-up comedy in 2026, the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas—in partnership with AEG Presents Las Vegas—has a roster guaranteed to tickle your funny bone and have you clutching your side from laughing.  Whether it’s exclusive residency performances by returning headliners, in-demand touring acts, or up-and-coming talents, the Encore Theater has got you covered.  That means the return of beloved Wynn headliners Sebastian Maniscalco, Jim Gaffigan, and Nate Bargatze; such comedic legends of television and film as Ali Wong and Jimmy O. Yang, stand-up masters Demetri Martin, Jimmy Carr, and Russell Peters; and bright talents like Andrew Santino, Matteo Lane, Max Amini, and others.

SEBASTIAN MANISCALCO: Live in Vegas

At this point, Sebastian Maniscalco has become so woven into the tapestry of current popular culture that his immediately recognizable affectations and mannerisms are being imitated (hilariously by Marcello Hernandez) on Saturday Night Live!  Dubbed “the hottest comic in America” by The New York Times, Maniscalco continues his long-running legacy at the resort by returning to the Encore Theater over Big Game Weekend with his critically acclaimed exclusive residency, Sebastian Maniscalco: Live in Vegas.

MAX AMINI: Live in Las Vegas!

Cheered by audiences around the globe for his energetic, observational stand-up, extensive crowd-work, animated storytelling, and hilarious impressions (in both English and Farsi!); international comedy sensation Max Amini—recently named one of the top comedians to watch by Jerry Seinfeld, and ranked #1 on Deadline’s 2025 Comedy Breakthrough list—will return to the Encore Theater for four dates this year.  Please note: All performances will be in English.

ALI WONG: Live

Best known for her unapologetically raw, raunchy, and intensely physical brand of stand-up, Ali Wong has let it all hang out in her four Netflix specials, Baby Cobra (2016), Hard Knock Wife (2018), Don Wong (2022), and Single Lady (2024).  An actress, producer, comedian, and author, Wong has received a pair of Primetime Emmys, three Golden Globes, a SAG Award, an Independent Spirit Award, and a Critics' Choice Award, and is currently nominated for a GRAMMY in the category of Best Comedy Album (for Single Lady).  Rest assured, her highly anticipated return to the Encore Theater is gonna sell out fast.

ADAM RAY: WHO IS ME Tour

Whether you’ve seen Adam Ray perform his stand-up in character (his impression of Dr. Phil McGraw is so laugh-out-loud-funny that it resulted in the six-part Netflix series, Dr. Phil Live!)—or in one of the many films (Ghostbusters, Barbie) or television series (Arrested Development, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Hacks) in which he’s appeared—one thing is certain:  Whatever the medium, Ray keeps us laughing.  So, when he brings the high-octane humor of his WHO IS ME tour to the Encore Theater, plan to laugh.  A lot.

ANDREW SANTINO: Live!

An accomplished actor, comedian, and podcaster, you’ve seen Andrew Santino in his recurring roles on I’m Dying Up Here (Showtime), Dave (FXX), and Beef (Netflix); watched his stand-up specials, Home Field Advantage (Amazon Prime, 2018), Cheeseburger (Netflix, 2023), and White Noise (Hulu, 2025); and listened to him and co-host the podcast Bad Friends with pal Bobbby Lee, and host the podcast Whiskey Ginger.  Now, the high-energy, observational riff-er makes his return to the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas with a one-night-only presentation of Andrew Santino: Live!

JIM GAFFIGAN: Everything is Wonderful!
March 26-28 | 8 PM
Following fan demand for his clean, relatable, self-deprecating humor, and his signature high-pitched interior monologue, actor, comedian, author, producer, and long-time Wynn Las Vegas resident headliner, Jim Gaffigan, returns to the stage of the Encore Theater this Spring for three back-to-back performances of his highly-praised Everything is Wonderful! tour.  Is it any wonder that of his eighteen comedy albums, eight have been GRAMMY-nominated in the category of Best Comedy Album?
