The centerpiece of Revelry, Wynn Las Vegas’ annual ne plus ultra culinary festival (taking place from Friday, September 19, through Saturday, September 27), The Feast will once again redefine the grand tasting experience.  Comprising five distinct immersive culinary realms, with guest chefs—including Burt Bakman, Daniel Castillo, Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald, Aaron May, Shirley Chung, Victor Delgado and Jorge “Joy” Alvarez, Rogelio Garcia, and Antonia Lofaso—joining the Wynn Culinary Team, The Feast is an epic, outdoor walk-around tasting experience, on the evening of Saturday, September 20, that you’re not gonna want to miss.

There, raise a glass (or four) with your fellow Revelers, enjoying an eclectic cocktail selection curated by Mariena Mercer Boarini (Master Mixologist, Wynn Resorts North America) and Mike Capoferri (Thunderbolt, Los Angeles); as live performances from renowned musicians, artists, DJs, and more enhance your epicurean adventure.

And for those Revelers who choose to partake more luxuriously, there’s The Feast VIP Experience, which includes early entry, reserved seating, a private bar, sommelier wine selections, and complimentary admission to the after-hours lounge, The Living Room.

Below are the five immersive culinary realms you’re invited to explore at The Feast:

Four Sixes Cookout:  A bold tribute to Taylor Sheridan’s epic 6666 Ranch, this open-air cookout explores the rich flavors of the American heartland, with Food Network star Chef Aaron May preparing barbecue specialties with Chef Daniel Castillo (Heritage Barbecue, San Juan Capistrano) and Chef Burt Bakman (SLAB, Los Angeles); while Chef Alberto Trujillo (Executive Chef, Catering and Events, Wynn Las Vegas) cooks up prime cuts from Sheridan‘s 6666 Ranch on the live fire.  Libations will be crafted by a special guest mixologist, so giddy up, y’all!

 

Lotus Passage:  An expedition across Asia’s diverse culinary landscapes, this realm features sushi and sashimi by Michelin-recognized Chef Jeff Ramsey (Mizumi, Wynn Las Vegas); a selection of dim sum prepared by Top Chef and Food Network star Chef Shirley Chung; and an eclectic cocktail selection curated by Mariena Mercer Boarini.

 

Destino: México:  Embark on a culinary tour of Mexico, in which Chefs Victor Delgado and Jorge “Joy” Alvarez (Tacos 1986, Los Angeles) celebrate Baja with Tijuana-style tacos; 2025 James Beard Foundation Award-winner Chef Rogelio Garcia (Auro, Four Season Resort Napa Valley) channels the cuisine of Mexico City; and 2025 James Beard Award Finalist for Best Chef: Southwest, Chef Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas) prepares dishes inspired by the Yucatán Peninsula. All of which will pair splendidly with the agave-inspired cocktails crafted by Mariena Mercer Boarini.

 

Mediterranea:  Eat your way through the coastal Mediterranean ports of Italy and Greece with your culinary guides Chef Antonia Lofaso (Scopa Italian Roots, Los Angeles), Chef Enzo Febbraro (Allegro, Wynn Las Vegas), and Chef Martin Heierling (PISCES Bar & Seafare, Wynn Las Vegas).

 

Sucre: A sweet finale of nostalgic classics and seasonally inspired confectionery creations awaits you as special guests Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald (Levain Bakery, New York) join James Beard Foundation-recognized Jennifer Yee (Executive Pastry Chef, Wynn Las Vegas) and the resort’s pastry team.
