"Cold and damp" best describes the past couple weeks in Las Vegas, so, from now until just before NYE, I’ll be writing from sunny Waikiki Beach - where I’ve hunkered-down, en-suite at the newly remodeled Royal Hawaiian Hotel (but more on that in a future essay).
