Earlier this year, Matt DiGiacomo—better known to fans and collectors as “Matty Boy”—caused a frenzy at his opening at New York’s Ross+Kramer gallery. Not due to the collectors who’d come to peruse the 14 paintings and three sculptures he was showing (most of which had already sold), but because hidden behind a faux wall in the back of the gallery, DiGiacomo had created an ersatz boutique showcasing the first drop from his new streetwear line, Anti Promo.
There, luxury streetwear aficionados clamored to get their hands on DiGiacomo’s collectable art/fashion items ranging from a set of press-on nails ($200), t-shirts ($333), hand-painted Vans slip-ons ($1,000), and a durag done as a collab with fellow artist/designer Asspizza ($1,000), to Matty Boy’s signature checkerboard “99 Eyes” sweatpants and hoodies ($1,750 and $1,850, respectively), and a pair of upcycled vintage Carhartt pants that DiGiacomo had painted with Mod-ish flowers and the verbiage “Speak through Relativity” ($7,500). Imagine the vibe at The Row’s recent sample sale crossed with that of a swarm of locusts denuding a grove of young saplings, and you’ve got the general idea.
DiGiacomo made his bones working with Chrome Hearts, first as an artist doing one-offs, and eventually as creative director (a role he held from 2018 to 2025). Many of his numerous Chrome Hearts x Matty Boy collabs can be found on secondary-market platforms like Grailed [with prices ranging from $65 (for a pair of Green Matty Boy Socks) to $100,000 (for a one-of-one pair of Custom-Painted Levi’s Cross Patch Jeans with Sterling Silver Crosses, made for and owned by Offset)] and The RealReal [with prices ranging from $450 (for a Spark the Heart Graphic Print T-Shirt) to $10,000 (for a Desert Camo Printed Bomber Jacket)].
Now, DiGiacomo has ridden the wave to Las Vegas, where he’s set up shop (and gallery, as it were) at Bellagio Las Vegas for Race Week to take advantage of his many fans who will be in town for the F1 folderol. There—in the Promenade Shops, between the Main Tower Guest Elevators and the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art (see map in slideshow, above)—from Tuesday, November 18 through Sunday, November 23, you are welcome to take a deep-dive into DiGiacomo’s world, from art to streetwear to collectables.
But don’t tarry, because as with most things limited edition, once they’re gone, they’re gone (as Anti Promo’s Las Vegas pop-up will be after Sunday)!
