Next Thursday evening, the culinary teams from each of Wolfgang Puck’s various Las Vegas dining concepts will be teaming-up, under the storied roof of SPAGO Las Vegas, inside The Forum Shops at Caesars; to present the 5th annual Sip & Savor.

Showcasing the exceptional hospitality and world-class culinary offerings of the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group; Sip & Savor will raise funds for and increases awareness of Keep Memory Alive (the fundraising arm of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health), and its mission to improve the lives of patients navigating the extraordinary challenges of brain disorders, and their caregivers.

Sip & Savor will provide guests with an interactive culinary affair – featuring a variety of delicious dishes from each of Wolfgang Puck’s Las Vegas eateries; as well as wine and Champagne from more than 20 wineries, and a spectacular selection of spirits (thanks to a partnership with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits); not to mention the musical stylings of one Michael Shulman (i.e., me) – in which they are invited to indulge their various senses.

To whet your appetite, here’s a look at which WPFDG Las Vegas restaurants are featuring what, at this year’s Sip & Savor:

CUCINA by Wolfgang Puck – The Shops at Crystals
Bruschetta bar serving with artisanal breads, imported cheeses, aged vinegars, virgin olive oils, herb pesto, pepperonata and tapenades.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck – The Palazzo Las Vegas
Yakitori stylings featuring an assortment of skewed meats, seafood and vegetables cooked on a Binchotan-fueled yakitori grill. Served with proper regional sides and condiments.

LUPO by Wolfgang Puck – Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino
Italian street food serving whole-roasted porchetta (sliced at the station), assorted pizzettas, and hand-made pastas.

SPAGO by Wolfgang Puck – The Forum Shops at Caesars
Turkish/Mediterranean-style bazaar, serving whole-roasted marinated lamb (carved upon request) with a variety dipping sauces, sides of grains and salads, alongside a Mezze station firing freshly made flatbreads with dips, spreads, fritters and marinated vegetables.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill – Downtown Summerlin | MGM Grand Hotel & Casino
Fish market, featuring a modern interpretation of traditional fish preparations, serving house-smoked mussels, sardines in escabeche, reimagined fish & chips, and much more.

Tickets are available, now; and priced at $250 for VIP, and $200 for General Admission.  I recommend forking-out the extra $50; as VIP ticket-holders are allowed in an hour early (which means first crack at the food and beverage stations, as well as the reserved seating areas).
