Wolfgang Puck is credited with ushering-in the era of the celebrity chef in Las Vegas; and rightly so, as the opening of Spago inside the Forum Shops at Caesars, more than twenty years ago was a proverbial game-changer, and it remains one of the city’s finest eateries, today (read all about the incredible feast I’ve dubbed the “gastrostorme,” later this week).  Now, with fall approaching, the team behind the six restaurants that make-up the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group in Las Vegas, are preparing for the third annual Sip & Savor fundraiser – being held, on Wednesday, September 16th, at Spago.

With proceeds benefiting Keep Memory Alive and its work toward finding cures for Alzheimer’s, Huntington’s. Parkinson’s, ALS, MS, and neurodegenerative disorders, Sip & Savor brings all six of Wolfgang Puck’s Las Vegas dining concepts together, under one very stylish roof.

Equal parts mix-and-mingle and wine-and-dine, guests at Sip & Savor are given the chance to partake of the signature dishes that have made the restaurants of Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group so popular, by bringing all of their respective chefs together, at Spago; and pairing their culinary wizardry with specially selected vintages, from some of Puck’s favorite wineries.

Representing their respective venues, will be the following chefs, who’ve made Las Vegas a far more delicious place to live (and because of whom, my tailor has made a small fortune, letting-out my pants):

With tickets priced at $175 for general admission (beginning at 6pm), and at $225 for VIP (beginning at 5:30pm), this event always delivers, and is worth putting on your calendars, now.  My mouth’s watering, already!
